Alert San Diego - Add Reverse 911 Notifications To Email, Cell Phone, Etc

Alert San Diego is letting residents and businesses update their contact information for reverse 911 calls to include an email address, cell phone number, VoIP, etc.   That is pretty forward thinking IMHO.
