Everyone seems to rave about the Aeron chairs. Even Chris Pirillo recently mentioned them in his Blog Business Summit review. But if you to talk to people who know chairs, they aren't that good for sitting in for long period of times.
My work got me one. I sat in it for about three weeks and then I started having major lower back pains. It turns out after talking to a friend in the erognonimics business that I needed a lower back support like this one from his company -- Keri Cush Seat Cushion (#19134). Since adding it I've had no more problems.
By The Way (BTW) - Be careful how you use your acronyms like IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) ... they could be mis-understood and used to name help desk centers like: Integrated Management Helpdesk Operations (IMHO).

I bought one and loved it so much I had to get one for the house and one for the office. I'll never sit in another chair. I sat in this one 15 hours yesterday. I had back problems until I got an Aeron. I actually found they had too much back support. I removed the adjustable lumbar thingy. You definitely have to make sure you get the right size. I bought my second one off ebay and they claimed it was a B size when it was a C size. It wasn't comfortable at all for me and couldn't figure out why until I realized it wasn't the same size as my other one. Luckily they were local and they gave me a refund. They are well built too. I have newer chairs that get less use than my Aerons that are falling apart. My Aerons look and work brand new. I even accessorized one of them with cloth armrest instead of the plastic ones. Worth every penny "IMHO" :).
I checked out that Plasma2 system they got. While I'm sure it's better for your body, I can't possibly see practically standing up with all your weight on your knees being comfortable...
